Introduction and data controller

The protection of our users' privacy is a priority for the Le Zeus platform. This Privacy Policy aims to explain in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. We operate in full compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations, with particular emphasis on the jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland. The administrator of your data, deciding on the purposes and methods of their processing, is the operator of the Le Zeus platform, based in Poland.

What data we collect

To provide services at the highest level, we must process certain categories of personal data. We collect only the information that is essential for the proper and secure functioning of the entertainment platform.

Identity and contact data

These include information provided during registration, such as first name, last name, date of birth (for age verification), email address, phone number, and residential address. In specific legal cases, we may request additional documents for identity verification.

Activity and transaction data

These relate to your activity history on the platform, including session records, game history, wins and losses, as well as details regarding account top-ups and withdrawals. This information is essential for billing services and monitoring the correctness of financial processes.

Technical and device data

When using the platform, we automatically collect technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, time zone, plug-in types, operating system, and device information. This helps us detect abuse and optimize the interface for various environments.

Legal bases and purposes of processing

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

Performance of a contract: Processing is necessary for managing your account, carrying out financial transactions, and enabling the use of platform services.

Legal obligation: We collect and store certain data to comply with legal requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and user age verification.

Legitimate Interest: We process information to improve network security, prevent fraud, for statistical analysis, and to defend against claims.

Consent: For marketing activities or the use of advanced analytical cookies, we rely on your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Data retention period

We store your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. In the case of data related to a user account, it is maintained for the period of its activity. After closing the account, we may retain some information for the time required by Polish and international law regarding the archiving of financial documentation and the resolution of potential disputes.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share it with selected external service providers (processors) who assist us in operating the platform. This includes payment operators, identity verification system providers, hosting companies, and IT support providers. We require all third parties to respect the security of personal data and to process it in accordance with the law.

Data transfer outside the EEA

Generally, your data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Economic Area. If it is necessary to transfer data outside this area (e.g., in connection with the cloud infrastructure of technical providers), we ensure the implementation of appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to guarantee a level of protection equivalent to EU requirements.

Security measures

We have implemented advanced technical and organizational procedures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or modification. These include connection encryption (SSL/TLS), data anonymization where possible, advanced firewalls, and strict internal access control procedures. Although we make every effort, it should be remembered that no IT system is fully immune to attacks, which is why we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

User rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have full control over your data. You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), or restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
