This document, constituting the Terms of Service, sets out the rules under which users may access and use the Le Zeus platform. By registering an account on our site or using its available features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept all provisions contained in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the points, you should not continue to use the platform.

The platform is intended exclusively for adults (over 18 years of age). By registering, you declare that the information you provide is true, complete, and up-to-date. The user is entitled to have only one account assigned to their personal data, residential address, and IP address. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential; any actions taken from your account are considered your own, which entails full legal responsibility.

By using the Le Zeus platform, you agree to abide by fair play rules and legal norms. The following is strictly prohibited:

Using automation software (bots), system errors (glitches), or malicious code to gain an unfair advantage.

Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of illegal funds.

Sharing the account with third parties or using payment cards and bank accounts not registered in the name of the account holder on the Le Zeus service.

Harassing customer service or other users, using hate speech, and engaging in spamming activities.

Transactions on the platform may be subject to minimum and maximum amount limits, which are detailed in the payments section. The user deposits funds solely for the purpose of using the available services. Where applicable, any handling fees imposed by external payment providers (banks, e-wallets) are the user's responsibility. Withdrawals of funds are processed after successful completion of the identity verification (KYC) process and are transferred to the same payment method from which the deposit was made, unless technically impossible.

Using the services of the Le Zeus platform, which relies on the randomness of events, carries significant financial risk. The results of individual activities cannot be guaranteed, and the user acknowledges that this activity may result in the complete loss of deposited funds. The platform does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of the user's decisions.

All graphic materials, texts, names, source codes, software, and other visual and technical elements available on the platform are the property of Le Zeus or our licensors. The user receives only a personal, non-transferable, and limited license to use the service. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or any other commercial use of our materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

The service may contain links to external websites. Le Zeus has no control over the content or security policies of these sites and is not responsible for any damages resulting from visiting them. The user accesses third-party sites at their own risk.

The platform is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties regarding error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Zeus disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, data loss, service interruptions, or cyberattacks carried out by third parties.

Le Zeus reserves the right to block, suspend, or permanently delete a user's account if a violation of the provisions of these Regulations is found, particularly in the event of attempted fraud, providing false data, or using the platform for illegal activities. In such a case, funds accumulated in the account may be frozen until the matter is clarified.

Any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation or execution of these Regulations shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of law applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Poland). The competent court for resolving any conflicts will be the common court competent for the seat of the platform operator.
